Dragan effect
This is my first attempt. I have a lot to learn about photoshop.. I can see where to improve now that I've posted it. This is going to take some work. Thanks Chi..
I'd say that's a damn fine first attempt. Maybe a touch lighter and perhaps highlight the eyes during the 'Dodge' process as well. From here it becomes your own effect as you change settings to suit your taste.

Thanks Boet - will have another go this weekend. And spend some more time reading the photoshop manual too.
